Single Layer Material
Engineered for critical sealing applications
GRAFOIL® flexible graphite material is engineered for critical sealing applications for internal combustion engines, fluid sealing applications and related systems. The Single Layer Material is available as cut sheets or rolls.
| Automotive and Internal Combustion Applications |
- GTC
Standard grade of flexible graphite sheet for most applications, such as gasoline/diesel engine head gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, exhaust ring seals, turbo charger gaskets, intake manifold and crossover gaskets, among others.

- Super GTO®
Premium sheet grade where a higher level of oxidation resistance is required.

| Fluid Sealing and Industrial Applications |
- GTA
Premium (Nuclear) Grade flexible graphite sheet typically 99.8% graphite. Its leachable chloride is typically less than 15ppm and meets D50YP12 Rev. 2. It is manufactured with no binders or resins.

- GTB
Standard Industrial Grade flexible graphite sheet with an oxidation/corrosion inhibitor and typically 98% carbon content. Its leachable chlorine content is less than 15ppm. It is an ideal facing material for flat gaskets and filler material for spiral-wound gaskets. It contains no binders or resins.

- GTJ
Premium flexible graphite is an oxidation corrosion inhibited grade developed for use in nuclear applications. It is certified to meet the most rigorous purity specifications of the nuclear industry, including the General Electric Nuclear Nonmetallic Material Specification D50YP12 (Rev 2).

Flexible graphite sheet is inhibited for high oxidation / corrosion resistance that can be used for most fluid sealing and industrial applications. Grade GTX contains an inorganic, nonmetallic, passive corrosion and oxidation inhibitor that allows a maximum continuous use temperature of 1000°F (538°C) in oxidizing environments.

- TG-411
GRAFOIL grade TG-411 is a high temperature purified flexible graphite sheet for applications that require extremely low impurity levels.
